I’ve created a calendar tab that you can see at the top of the page. Right now, it looks pretty naked! It was looking so nice and full just a few days ago when were were still in April. Anyway, here’s what it looks like for April!

I’m not sure how to get the total calories out of Training Peaks, so I’m guessing here since I burn about 170 calories per mile when I run.
Overall, I’d consider this month a tremendous success in terms of running. I stuck to my schedule and didn’t miss a single run. In fact, I only had one (maybe two?) that I had to cut short.
I’m going to try and do another tough month of training here in May. It’s starting to get hot, but it will be even worse in June. In June, I may ease up a bit on my training and rest my body up for my 18 week marathon training program which starts in the beginning of July.
